4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Crystal Signature Events operates a text-messaging program used to send operational and account-related messages to individuals who have provided their consent — primarily our employees, who receive shift reminders, event assignments, and secure links to their work schedules.

Consent. We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Employees provide their mobile number and agree to receive work-related text messages as part of their employment onboarding. We do not send text messages to individuals who have not provided consent.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your schedule and activity — typically no more than one message per scheduled shift day.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.

Mobile information sharing — our commitment. No mobile information (including your phone number and text-messaging opt-in) will be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share mobile information only with service providers who help us operate the messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery vendor), and only to the extent necessary to deliver these messages to you.

Except as described in Section 4 regarding mobile information, we may share your information:
